The OpesSignals platform (the "Platform") is operated by Opes ("Opes", "we", "us", or "our"), the operating brand behind the OpesSignals, OpesData and OpesPulse products and the affiliated $ROAI token. As of the date above, Opes is operated as an unincorporated brand pending re-registration in the United Arab Emirates under a RAK DAO (Ras Al Khaimah Digital Assets Oasis) setup. Upon completion of that registration, the registered entity will succeed Opes as your counterparty under these Terms with no further action required from you. Where these Terms refer to "Opes" they include that future registered entity.
By creating an Account, logging in, or otherwise using the Platform you confirm that you (a) are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, (b) are legally permitted to receive crypto-related research and analytics where you are located, and (c) accept these Terms in full. You may not use the Platform if you are a resident of, or located in, a jurisdiction where access to crypto analytics, on-chain data, or the $ROAI token is restricted by applicable law or sanctions (including but not limited to comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions). You are solely responsible for confirming your eligibility.
You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your password, TOTP codes, session cookies, wallet keys and any other credentials. Opes will never ask for a private key, seed phrase or hardware-wallet recovery material. You must notify us immediately at the contact channel below if you suspect that your Account has been compromised. Opes is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your credentials.
You may not:
Access to certain Content is gated by Subscription Tier. Tiers can be unlocked either by holding $ROAI in a wallet you have verified, or by a paid subscription where one is offered. Verified wallet balances are checked on-chain every five (5) minutes; tier changes apply on the next successful check. Fiat subscriptions, where available, renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are at Opes's discretion unless required by applicable consumer-protection law. Token-gated access can be revoked or downgraded when your verified balance falls below the relevant threshold.
Opes does not custody assets, route orders, or execute trades on your behalf. Where the Platform refers you to a Partner (for example Sniperoo for Solana execution) the relationship between you and that Partner is governed entirely by that Partner's own terms. Opes is not responsible for execution quality, slippage, MEV exposure, downtime, or any loss arising from the Partner's service.
The Platform, its source code, design system, signal pipeline, datasets, branding and trademarks (including the OpesSignals, OpesData, OpesPulse and $ROAI marks) are and remain the exclusive property of Opes or its licensors. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Opes grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and Content for your personal, non-commercial research use only.
If you submit feedback, comments, suggestions or other material to Opes through any channel, you grant Opes a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify and exploit that material in connection with the Platform without obligation to you.
Opes may suspend or terminate your Account, with or without notice, if (a) you breach these Terms, (b) your use threatens Platform integrity or other users, (c) we are required to do so by law or by a competent authority, or (d) Opes discontinues the Platform. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, dispute resolution) survive.
The Platform and all Content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opes disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, accuracy or uninterrupted service. Opes makes no representation that signals are accurate, complete, timely or profitable. Past performance does not predict future results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opes (and its founders, employees, agents and Partners) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, trading capital, tokens or other intangible loss, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, strict liability or any other legal theory — even if Opes has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Opes's aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the greater of (i) the fiat amount you have paid Opes in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (ii) USD 100.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Opes and its officers, directors, employees, agents and Partners from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your violation of applicable law, (c) your use of the Platform, or (d) your trading activity, whether or not that activity was informed by signals from the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (where applicable) and, pending re-registration, the principles of private international law applicable to Opes as an operating brand. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered under the RAK DAO arbitration rules where available, otherwise by the courts of competent jurisdiction at the place of Opes's principal place of operation. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration against Opes.
Opes may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be flagged on the Platform and the "Last updated" date will change. Your continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a change, your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform and to close your Account.
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the official OpesSignals Telegram channel listed in the footer of every page. Operational notices to Opes are deemed delivered when received at that channel.

The data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Platform is Opes (the operating brand described in the Terms of Service). Once Opes completes registration in the UAE under the RAK DAO framework, the registered entity will succeed Opes as the controller of record. Where these Terms refer to "Opes" they include that future registered entity.
Opes shares personal data only with operational sub-processors strictly necessary to deliver the Platform. Current sub-processors include hosting and network providers (for example AX102 / Hetzner in Germany, CDN providers for static assets), on-chain data providers (Etherscan, public RPC endpoints), and trade-execution Partners (Sniperoo, when you choose to engage them). Opes does not sell or rent personal data and does not share it for third-party advertising.
Personal data may be transferred to, stored or processed in countries other than where you reside. Where data is transferred out of the European Economic Area, the UK or another regulated jurisdiction, Opes relies on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards where required.
Account data is retained for as long as your Account is active and for up to thirty-six (36) months after closure for legal, accounting and security purposes. Usage logs are retained for up to twelve (12) months. Verified wallet records are retained as long as the verification remains active and for up to twenty-four (24) months thereafter for audit. Backups follow rolling-window retention typical of production systems and may persist for short periods beyond these durations.
Subject to applicable law (GDPR, UAE PDPL, and similar regimes), you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to request portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. To exercise these rights, contact Opes through the official Telegram channel. If you believe your rights have been infringed you may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.
The Platform is not directed at, and may not be used by, anyone under the age of 18 or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact Opes for prompt deletion.
Opes maintains administrative, technical and physical safeguards reasonable for an early-stage crypto-analytics platform: HMAC-signed sessions, Argon2id password hashing, TLS in transit, separated database accounts for each subsystem, restricted server access, and incident-response procedures. No internet-facing system is completely secure; Opes cannot guarantee absolute security.
Opes may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be flagged on the Platform and the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
Privacy requests, complaints and questions can be sent through the official OpesSignals Telegram channel listed in the footer of every page.

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device to remember information across page loads or visits. OpesSignals uses cookies sparingly. We also rely on browser localStorage for UI preferences, which is technically not a cookie but is described here for completeness.
These cookies are required for the Platform to function. Without them you cannot log in, your tier cannot be verified, and the Platform cannot tell apart authenticated requests from anonymous ones.
opessignals_session — HMAC-signed session cookie set at login. Carries your user id, tier and 2FA state. HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, Secure on HTTPS. Default lifetime: seven (7) days, refreshed on activity.opessignals_2fa_pending — short-lived flag set while you complete a TOTP challenge. Lifetime: ten (10) minutes.__cf_bm, cf_clearance) for the strict purpose of detecting and blocking abusive traffic. The Platform stores UI preferences in localStorage on your device. Examples include the collapsed-sidebar state, last-visited view, chart-time-axis preference, and the closed/open state of the Twitter Alerts panel. These are read only by the Platform in your browser and are never transmitted to Opes servers.
Opes does not load third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels or cross-site tracking scripts. We do not embed Facebook Pixel, Google Ads conversion tags, or similar trackers. Server-side aggregate analytics (request counts, view counts, error rates) are derived without setting any analytics cookie on your device.
You can clear cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling the strictly-necessary cookies above will prevent you from logging in or having your tier verified. Disabling localStorage will cause the Platform to forget your UI preferences between visits.
Opes may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the Platform and the "Last updated" date will change.

OpesSignals is a research and analytics tool. The signals, datasets, charts, X10+ archive, community posts and any other Content surfaced through the Platform are not personalised financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or solicitations to buy or sell any asset. No Content is tailored to your financial situation, risk tolerance, regulatory status or jurisdiction.
You alone decide whether, when and how to trade. Crypto markets are highly volatile and largely unregulated. You can lose your entire stake and more if you trade with leverage. Liquidity can vanish in seconds. Past signal performance, including X10+ outcomes shown in the archive, does not predict future results. Backtests, "Live MC" labels and ATH markers are not guarantees and are not adjusted for slippage, fees, MEV, taxes or your individual execution quality.
Signals are produced by automated processes that ingest public on-chain transactions, social-media posts, KOL activity, and third-party APIs. Those upstream sources can be wrong, delayed, manipulated, or temporarily unavailable. Opes performs filtering, deduplication and quality checks but cannot guarantee that every signal is accurate, complete, timely, or free of manipulation. Operational incidents (database stalls, RPC outages, sub-processor failures) can delay or distort signals without notice.
Opes does not custody your assets, route your orders, or execute trades on your behalf. Where the Platform refers you to a Partner (for example Sniperoo for Solana execution), that relationship and any trade you place is between you and the Partner, on the Partner's terms. Opes is not responsible for execution quality, slippage, MEV exposure, downtime, fees or any other loss arising from a Partner's service.
$ROAI is a utility token used to unlock subscription tiers on OpesSignals. It is not equity, a debt instrument, a deposit, a security, or a claim on Opes revenues. Token prices are set by the market; Opes does not guarantee or stabilise any price. See the "$ROAI Token" section for a full description.
Statements about future products, the RAK DAO setup, tier mechanics, or roadmap items are forward-looking and may change at any time without notice. Do not rely on them when making trading or investment decisions.
Your use of the Platform does not create any broker-client, advisor-client, fiduciary or other professional relationship between you and Opes.
Opes is not currently registered or licensed as a broker-dealer, investment advisor, exchange, custodian, money transmitter or virtual-asset service provider in any jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming that your use of the Platform is permitted where you are located. Where local law requires a licence to access crypto research, you may not use the Platform.
You are responsible for any tax consequences of your trading activity and of holding $ROAI. Opes does not provide tax advice and does not issue tax documents.

$ROAI is an ERC-20 utility token associated with Opes. It exists to gate access to subscription tiers on the OpesSignals platform. The token contract lives on Ethereum mainnet at 0x11a2bf09f5b97689E6038f2b67ED9995d4042ac6 and has nine (9) decimals. The treasury wallet for verification deposits is published on the Verified Wallets surface inside the Platform.
Holding $ROAI in a verified wallet unlocks a Subscription Tier as follows:
Higher tiers remove the public 2-hour signal delay, increase rate limits, and unlock surfaces that are gated to paid subscribers (Datasets, Flow Creator, Charts, etc.). Tier thresholds and benefits can change; changes will be announced on the Platform.
To link a wallet to your Account you (a) paste the wallet address, (b) generate a unique fractional amount, and (c) send that exact amount in $ROAI from the wallet to the published treasury address. The on-chain match confirms control of the wallet. You may unlink a wallet at any time; balances are re-checked every five (5) minutes and your tier adjusts accordingly.
Token prices are volatile and determined by the market. Liquidity may be thin. Smart-contract risk, custodial risk (on your end), bridge risk, exchange risk and regulatory risk all apply. Opes does not guarantee any minimum or maximum price, does not commit to buy back tokens, and does not commit to any tokenomics change.
Once Opes is registered in the UAE under the RAK DAO framework, $ROAI may take on additional governance utility within that framework (for example signalling on roadmap priorities, treasury decisions, or new product launches). Any such utility will be introduced through a formal token-holder vote and documented on the Platform. Nothing about that future state changes the current usage-credential nature of $ROAI described above.
You are responsible for complying with any law applicable to your acquisition, holding, transfer or use of $ROAI in your jurisdiction. Opes may restrict or revoke tier benefits where compliance requires it (for example sanctions screening on linked wallets).
